4200 or 6400?

I am upgrading to an ASUS Crosshair mobo- its a 590 SLI Socket AM2 mobo and I have an AMD X2 4600+ CPU, two GeForce 7900 GS KO 256MB cards, 580watt psu, 2 x 1GB pc2-4200 DDR2 ram.....Is this ram compatable with this mobo and/or should I upgrade the ram to 6400...or what do you reccomend...

It is compatible, and note you can overclock your RAM to make it run faster.
