Hi all got the above named computer netbook little thing . and when I boot it says a disk error occured . press ctrl alt delete to restart but when I do this it goes straight back to the same screen .. is there away to fix this with out reformatt. thanks in advance / ps is there a way to save data on it if I do need to reformat
UPDATE- hi I have tried all f1 f3 f4 etc keys and cant get safe mode or anything up when I press f5 I got screen windows 7 or windows diagnostics or f8 I think but when I click any eventually it just goes back to press ctrl ald delete screen / I did get another error code come up when I got into that screen saying . 0xc000000f
