Adding a second SSD

I need help with what I have to do. I am using windows 7. I can see that it is connected but I don't know what to do.
I have 1 ssd 250 samsung evo installed, and it is another one I'm trying to install

Alright, a couple questions:

• Does the SSD show up in BIOS?
  
• Does the SSD show up in Windows Storage Management
• You mentioned that you can see it connected, where is it that you're seeing that connection?
• Is the SSD securely connected via SATA or (w.e interface you're running) to your motherboard?

Answer those questions for me, and I'll see what I can do to help you troubleshoot the issue and find a solution.
