The B550 Pro VDH is only $4 more than the B450 Tomahawk in Australia, has basically the same VRM performance and has far better I/O’s including Wifi and Bluetooth. So I disagree with you completely.

Maybe in Australia. Here are in Portugal that motherboard costs 190€ but the MSI B450 Tomahawk Max costs 110€.

because it's irrelevant to the end goal which is to drive up temperatures. most review-readers know that games usually don't steadily max out a CPU/GPU and therefore if the temps are good on a one hour compute task, they will be good for games.
