Anonymous user

i have just recently put a new printer on my network. and i am using a Netgear ps110 print server. now every few jobs that get sent to this printer, it is coming up in the que as "Anonymous " like where it says the users name. under the ower tab, ex. "kasey.swanger" is what it would read if it was correct, an what ever job this happens to be is taking a long time to print, almost a bit a second. does anyone have any insite? this is a HP 5650 printer and it replaced a HP 3820. i cant figure out how this is happening. most of my PC's are running 2000,NT or XP pro

Did you use the Netgear-CD to properly install its drivers on each PC?
And did you first install the normal HP-printerdrivers as well?
Does the second printer on that PS110 work OK?
I have the same PS110 at home, but I am on holidays currently and am using someone elses PC.
If you still have problems, I will be back home on 4 Jan and can look better into it.
