Antec Neo HE 550watt is it enough??

hey guys i was just wondering if you thought this would be enought power to run my system without a hitch.. system specs are as follow.. the reason i am needing this is cause i have a 380watt true power antec that just wasn't enough for what i have as far as components go.

P4 3.2Extreme Edition
P4P800-e Deluxe mobo
2gig ram (now) two went bad on me :-(
2 sata drives
dvd burner
3x120mm case fans
Heatsink is the Aero cool ht101 with 2x90mm fans on it.. proc is stable at 67 degrees farenheit full load 110

anyway you guys think it will be enough power for what i have???

crap i forgot to add my video card in there.. it is the Radeon X850XT PE 256mb..

What you planning on running?

I think that psu might be a bit of overkill.

Take a look at this PSU Wattage calculator. add a further 30% to whatever it says, as a safety margin.

That Antec 380watt psu you have, is a fine psu.

howard see that is the problem though.. i have been running the 380watt for the last two day and all of the sudden when the system is under full load my top and bottom 120mm fans shutdown completely.. and the voltage meter on my system is not what it should be on the 12v rail sometimes drops to 10 so that tells me right there that there is a power issue.. now keep in mind that i can keep playing all my games maxed out with no problems but the fans stay off..overkill is better than no kill if you ask me..( CsSource) talking..anyway guys thanks for the input greatly appreciated..
