  1. Samsung recently lost a bid that would have banned select Apple iPhones and iPads from being sold in the company's home country of South Korea. According to Reuters, a judge in the Seoul Central District Court threw out Samsung’s request...

  2. It's a dark day for any and every Innovation. Samsung, the pioneer of touchscreen smartphones, cannot protect their Innovation even in their home land! Apple, who stole Samsung's ideas (by inventing a time machine and traveling a few years ahead) refuses to pay. And since Samsung was caught paying bloggers and forum commenters to post in their favour, nobody supports them on the Web anymore. Oh well, I'll go out and buy the best thing that Samsung makes: a vacuum cleaner. I think they should stick to them, it's so much safer than to compete with such terrible, shameless sharks as Apple. They could make a vacuum cleaner that runs Android! That would be Innovation! It won't clean much, but will download lots of viruses and have a curved touchscreen.

    $95,100 in damages... lol!

"Apple Korea spokesperson Steve Park said they were glad the Korean court joined others around the world in standing up for real innovation and rejecting Samsung ridiculous claims."

Erm.. real innovation... you do understand that the SK judge has a IQ above 85 which in turn makes this judge understand that stuff like curved edges arent patent worthy and it takes a full on tard to think that a iphone is hard to differentiate to a galaxy phone.

We need more judges from south korea atleast then we wont have most of the patent trolls around today.
