Are these good gaming specs?

Hi I want to now if with these specs I can run: minecraft ultra, shaders; medieval engineers high-very high; space engineers high-very high; gmod ultra!

specs: motherboard: Asus M5A97 EVO R2.0
gpu : AMD Sapphire Radeon hd 7870 2gb oc.
Wifi
cpu: amd fx 8320 8 coeur black édition 3,5 gh
RAM: 8gb
hard drive: SSD 240 gb corsaire force 3 + 2TB SATA or IDE

I have the 6670 and minecraft works fine with all gfx turned to max. Not sure on extra shaders but the build looks good to me.
