ASUS A7N8X-Deluxe POST/Boot Problems

A few weeks ago I posted a theard on my main gaming machine and the overclocking problems I had. Well, just recently I purchased a 400W PSU, the system works fine now. Its only been a week and I took the system apart to apply better thermal compound to the CPU, and a few other minor things. I turned the system on, and it only sees my CPU as an XP 1100Mhz, I entered BIOS to my complete suprise to find the settings all still intact. I set them to the normal settings (333FSB/Memory) and rebooted, same issue. Then I cleared the BIOS and rebooted, now it doesn't even post, not even when I push the Insert/Scroll Lock keys. Now I'm in a bind because I have no clue what happened. I made no major system changes at all, no devices added or removed. Help if any can.
