Asus A8N SLI SE with POV GeF 6200LE

Hello,

I'm a bit stuck at the moment as i try to make a small file server, the following gear i have.
Asus A8N SLI SE
AMD 3200
1GB Kingston PC3200
300w PSU
and a point of view PCI-E geforce 6200LE with 64MB.
The mobo beeps 1 long and two short, no screen.
The beeps mean to mean GPU problems.
I've tried the GPU in to my main pc which is an
Asus M3A MVP with a 9850 and 4gb dominator
and it worked fine.
Is it any compatibility issue?? the PSU must be good enough
to get at least to the post and the bios.
Please let me know if you have any clues.
