  1. I can not seem to modify my cpu fsb and multiplier or memory speed in the BIOS. I have version 1011. Is there a newer update or is there a program I can use to unlock these settings?

    Hello and welcome to Techspot.

I`m not sying that this applys to your situation but on some systems the only way or changing cpu speeds etc is by altering the jumpers on the mobo.

If you check with your mobo book or via your mobo manufacturers website you should be able to find out how to do this.

Pentium 4s have locked multipliers anyways unless you've got a confidential part (those that get shipped to review sites). Those are the only ones without a locked multiplier.
