I bought a new phone from AT&T last year and it came was some extra software I've never heard of in that no one else has. AT&T will not tell me what it is or what it's for? I have called them so many times asking them why I am the only one with this software on my phone because noone I know that as AT&T has this software on their phone and it is driving me nuts! Is there any way someone could tell me in layman's terms what they think this might be because I think it's a back door software program that enables someone to get in my phone without me knowing it. But I need clarification....
