AVG Getting stuck

I've never had this happen before. AVG goes through it's whole scan and doesn't find any threats, but it never shuts down, and it shows the shell.dll in the log as having been changed. I did add a 500 gig hd recently. I am using XP Media edition and working on a dual core system.

If anyone has any thoughts, let me know.

You can repair AVG just by re-installing it over the top (with the newest version)
Automatic shutdown can be disturbed if something on your computer is being processed at the time.
Also those changes can usually be ignored

Thanks, just worried me that it might be an attack, but I can't see any other issues, so I'll just grab the newest version and reinstall. Thanks for the quick response!!
