Bad_Pool_Caller & BSOD

  1. Hello,

Newbie (to this board) here with my first post and a problem I can't solve.

I have a computer with the following properties:
    1.2MHz CPU

Nothing has been recently added or least not willingly (automatic updates) and suddenly my computer starts resetting itself right when it gets to the screen where you can pick who is loggin on.

I tried to boot up in safe mode...didn't work. I tried to boot up with the last known working configuration...didn't work. I tried to boot up without stopping with a problem (can't remember exact terminology) and that's when I get the BSOD!!! with this error code:
    Stop: 0x00000DC2 (0x00000043, 0xD20F3000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

I can re-install WinXP in a different folder and it runs no problem, but I would need to re-install all the programs that were installed in the oringinal WinXP that's getting the BPC problem.

ANY help is greatly appreciated. I tried replacing the memory and video card and it didn't help either time.

    Please and Thank You :)

From the stack trace, the registry maybe corrupted.

    How to fix

So, how do I fix the registry if I cannot access that installation of WinXP?
