Temps way within norms etc...
only had this problem on rare occasions but ever since I reloaded my entire system after adding a new H/D, now battlefield 2 and/or 2142 will up and reboot for no reason.
Occasionally my system will recover from a serious error from faultrep after turning on for first time but BF2 reboots never generates any kind of reports in the event viewer -
I'm sure this has been brought up several times but I’m too old and lazy to read every one of these posts - if anyone can offer any serious suggestions or if you need further information, I would be very appreciative for some assistance.
When I first turned on my unit today, I received this information if helpful - sorry I’ll send logs next time but I did not think of saving the logs as I didn't think I would be posting here - I’ll send logs next time it happens *BUT* those serious errors recovers do not seem to be a part of BF2 - BF2 will just up and reboot the system
Error code 000000c2, parameter1 00000040, parameter2 01000000, parameter3 80000000, parameter4 00000000.
