Black and white 2 crashing to desktop Error message

Hi everyone,

i am trying to run Black and White 2 on my dell dimension 4600
i have 2.4 GHz cpu with an nvidia GeForce 440 with AGP8X and 256 mb of ram

everytime i start it up it crashes to the desktop with an error message
which i cant recreate because i cant figure out how to install filedump

any general ideas that i can use to get it working or can anyone help me install filedump so i can get some more accuarate feedback?
