I Add to Windows Vista I installed windows 7 and probably is not compatibility

To post any minidumps, go to C:\windows\minidump. Minidump files have a .dmp extension. Select all the .dmp files, and right-click sending the files to a compressed(zipped)folder. Upload that folder as a file here

This laptop has a ATi Mobility Radeon HD 3450 graphic chip. Did you install all the Windows 7 updates, including all the optional ones?

I need to see the minidump 052013-21699-01. You may still get "File not found or missing permission to read"...
 
Try restoring the laptop to a state like it was when you first got it... When you first start the laptop, there are start up options presented in the lower bottom corners. Select those to start the restore
