Blue screen error code: f4

Um, hello.
Im having this error on my laptop (Win XP)
Suddenly, out of nowhere a blue screen pops up and my computer restarts.
I did a anti-virus scan but nothing came up.
The error code is f4.
I have attatched my minidumps. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try the following:

1. Run memtest for a minimum of 7 Passes. www.memtest.org

2. Do a full harddrive diagnostics.

3. Check your temperatures. Laptops can get hot.

4. Run chkdsk
