Blue Screen Of Death At Start up... then restarts

it will repeatedly do this and nothing will make it start. not even hitting the f8 button junk. im extremely confused about what to do and i dont have start up disks. the error code i keep getting is 0x0000007E (0x80000003, 0x80000003, 0x8053355e, 0xf8a153b4, 0xf8a150b0)
somebody please help! im extremely desperate...
