Blue screen of death on max payne

OK here i have another problem again, this time with max payne 2. I installed it, all good, started a new game works fine, up until after about 5 minutes of the first level the game freezes and immediatly sends me to the blue screen of death with no explanation, Just a blue screen. So i cant get out of it or anything i have to reboot. It does this every single time i play. I heard maybe this was a sound issue rather than video. I get no lag or anything.

ATI Radeon 9600XT 256mb
2GB Ram
Pentium 4 3.0GHz HT
XP SP2
C-Media xear 3D Sound

Could you post the error code or even better post a picture of it. This could be a simple overheating problem or some blue screens are to do with faults in the comps memory.
