Hi, I bought a computer about a month or two ago now from Ibuypower, but when I first started it I had a failed boot, called them the guy said it was probably a corrupted windows and wanted me to re-install it. I tried restarting the PC first and it worked! but Today it crashed 3 times on me... Memory_Dump_Pool , I believe I saw on that blue screen.
This is my problem signature:

Anyone have any idea what's going on with my baby? :(
She cost me 3000+$, so I'm a bit bumed atm.
Thanks!

Fixed. I guess when I updated my video cards a week or two ago it didn't update properly when I checked this morning when I got back from work it was the previous version. Updated and working fine so far.

Well I guess it isn't fixed happened again this morning not even 2 mins in SWtor.
I cannot post minidumps it says I exceed the 200mb limit. My minidump is 285...
Oh & also when it goes on the blue screen there's a loud "BRRRRRRRRR" noise comming from the PC....

"there's a loud "BRRRRRRRRR" noise comming from the PC"...

Was this computer used when you bought it, or is Ibuypower selling junk? Open up the computers case and make sure all the fans are running and not making any loud noise

Apparently they are selling junk even when you buy a 3029,00$ PC + 500 ish $ to get it into Canada.
It doesn't seem to be coming from any fan I've never had this happened before I've only had the computer for almost 2 months now.
Anyway to make my minidumps smaller? I'm 80ish too much... it only allows 200.

Here are my minidumps.
Date in order are.
30/01/2012 (This is where it's strange. The Computer was still at IBuyPower at this time....)
24/03/2012
24/03/2012 (2 in one day the first day it happened to me (3 days ago))
26/03/2012

If I could get an answer on this as soon as possible I would love you long time!

Sincerly, Eric.

The minidumps show severe memory issues. Could be a bad memory stick or a bios setting for memory timings or speed. Run Memtest86 for at least 7 passes. The instructions are in the link I posted days ago

Could you tell me what it was that caused it? the one from January 30th 2012? Which I suspect happened at IBP. Thanks!
As for the noise I wasn't sure at first... Can ram make noise... ?
I've read about improper volt settings for rams making it was the power supply doing that noise?
Not quite sure where the noise came exactly.
What errors am I looking for on memtest? I got it running via USB.
Errors or ECC Errs ?
Cuz I've only tried it there for 15 mins after I got it on my usb. & in 15mins of running. Mind you it was with 4x 4gb Corsair Vengeances in, I had gotten 37k ish Errors already.

If you're getting any errors on memtest86 one of the RAM sticks is bad. All the minidumps are related to bad memory

Found the faulty one thanks.
Could you by chance tell me the reason for this one?

That Minidump happened on the 30th of January 2012. That was 14 days before I received the PC. So I'm guessing that happened at IBP... What does it mean ?

"Can ram make noise... ?"
No, place a finger carefully in the center of each fan while it is spinning, momentarily slow or stop each fan, and see if the noise goes away. Since the ram is close to the CPU fan, try slowing it first

"SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

Where did this come from?"
The bad ram. It is possible that the ram was bad at IBP and they did nothing to fix it then, before you bought the computer

Hi Aura.kitten,
This thread is a year old and the original poster never answered. It's unrealistic to expect an answer at this point. Did you try the things mentioned in the link you posted?
