Hello,

One of the dumps mentions AVG as the probable cause. Please remove it with one of these tools: http://www.avg.com/us-en/download-tools

Also, install this updated Realtek ethernet driver: http://218.210.127.131/downloads/do...d=5&Level=5&Conn=4&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false
Code:
Rt64win7.sys Thu Feb 26 04:04:13 2009 (49A65B0D)

Install Windows 7 Service Pack 1: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/learn-how-to-install-windows-7-service-pack-1-sp1

Install updated ATI drivers from here: http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx
Code:
atikmpag.sys Tue Mar 02 22:07:33 2010 (4B8DD275)
atipmdag.sys Tue Mar 02 22:47:08 2010 (4B8DDBBC)

Install the ATK0110 driver from the utilities section here: http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?model=P7P55D LE&os=30&SLanguage=en-us
Code:
ASACPI.sys Sun Mar 27 22:30:36 2005 (42476C4C)

If that doesn't improve matters, uninstall Daemon Tools, as it uses SPTD. Remove SPTD itself with this tool: http://www.duplexsecure.com/download/SPTDinst-v174-x64.exe
Code:
sptd.sys Sun Oct 11 16:55:14 2009 (4AD24632)
If after completing all of the above, the BSODs persist, run driver verifier: http://www.sysnative.com/0x1/Driver_Verifier.htm

Then upload a full jcgriff2 report; instructions can be found here: http://www.techsupportforum.com/for...-instructions-windows-7-and-vista-452654.html
