How does one let the class action suit folks know that their computer was affected in this past year's debacle? My computer was working fine until I received several messages saying I was not using original HP cartridges - which I wasn't. All of a sudden right in the middle of a large project, it completely shut down.
I had several IT guys look at it and they were totally baffled. Nothing wrong with it that they could see. Then we tried installing HP cartridges but by then my computer had been removed from service. How can they have such control over computers that are in people's homes? I still have my computer and hope that some day I will once again be able to use it - any suggestions?
