Bluesrceen occur when i run some software

After recently when I boot, I happened to run some software to occur the blue screen.
This makes me very troubled.I hope you can help me solve the problem.Thanks.

Check the hard drive by going to Computer, right-click on the C drive, select properties, tools, check now. Put a check mark in both boxes to set a disk check on the next start up
 
I really appreciate your feedback. I have done according to your instructions, and there are other things to do!? May I ask what the problem occurred to my computer?
 
You didn't give much information about your computer and 1 minidump doesn't give much information either...
 
Okay, my computer blue screen problem temporarily did not happen now, thanks again for your help and answers.

What are you doing with the computer when the BSOD's are most likely to happen?

You didn't give much information about your computer and 1 minidump doesn't give much information either...

I think playing online game(Mabinogi) before the blue screen occurred.It use lots of memory.This question about it?What computer information should I give? Sorry, I don't understand what the computer information to.:'(

The bluescreen occurred when I watch youtube or window update.The problem become serious.:confused:
 
Use Memtest86 to test the memory. Go here:
http://www.memtest.org/. Download version 5.01 and burn it to a CD or DVD. Boot the computer with this disk and run Memtest86 for at least 7 passes. No errors are allowed
 
Now, the memtest program is running. Although the first pass not finish ,the first pass already find over 1,000,000 error ...Is it no problem?

Memtest find some error , I replace the ram again. Memtest no memory mistake. Now good working. My computer don't have enough memory ? I should buy more one RAM?
