Windows 10 Pro Dell optiplex 745 won't connect using the ethernet connection? I troubleshoot it and get these 2 problems

1.The broadcam NetXtreme 57xx Gigabit Controller adapter is experiencing driver- or hardware- related problems
2.There might be a problem with the driver for the Ethernet 2 adapter

Any ideas???
