BSOD, computer will not start in normal or safe mode

  1. As the subject says, my laptop will not start up in normal or safe mode, I have tried to enter Safe mode with command prompt to run chdsk but it still restarts. I turned off auto restart and this is the BSOD STOP error I am getting.

    STOP: 0x00000024 (0x00190203, 0x825827D0, 0xC0000102, 0x00000000)
