Trying to help figure this out, not my computer but I had the minidump mailed to me and attached it to this thread. Can anyone help pin down what driver(s) might be to blame here?

Avast Antivirus is causing this instability...
The drivers ASWSNX.sys and ASWSP.sys are flagged
KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_ HANDLED

I would advise you to remove Avast and install Microsoft Security Essentials to see if your computer stabilizes
 
That was my first thought as well, removing Avast didn't seem to help.. here's a second minidump, since removal.
