BSOD on Win 7 (BCCode: d1) !

I have the BOSD crashing my windows every like 4 minuets!!!

I suspect 2 things 1-McAfee OAS and 2-uTorrent

I have uninstalled uTorrent and disabled McAfee and seems to work nice

please check my Minidump and tell me what is causing that problem.

The minidumps point to a driver NETIO.sys, but I would uninstall McAfee and install Microsoft Security Essentials from here:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/products/security-essentials

The problem is i have to have McAfee because it is at the work PC

the good news is i uninstalled utorrent and it works perfect ever since
