BSOD over and over.. but randomly

hi.. my PC often restart randomly, after BSOD.
i had cleaned my motherboard, and the dimm slot, including my ddr2 stick.
i even tried reinstalling windows, and low level formating my harddisks. but it still happens.
pls, help me here..

Well one minidump isn't going to be definitive (we only need the minidumps) but the one you did supply cited EIO.sys which is a driver for the process ASUS Kernel Mode Driver for NT belongs to the software ASUS Kernel Mode Driver for NT or ASUS SmartDoctor by ASUSTeK Computer Inc.

First update your drivers for your motherboard from ASUS's website. Let us know if that works.

thx 4 ur respond Route44..
currently i'm downloading update drivers version of asus smart doctor and asus gamerOSD.
i assumed that was the problem too.. but i thought, i could be my kaspersky internet security 7.0.1.321 too.
that's why i posted here.

it really annoying me..
i'm afraid it may damage my hdds..
i'll review further info, about 2 days ahead, wether the problem still happens in my PC.

btw, FYI, the main driver of my asus gpu is the latest version.
