BSOD when using a Blizzard downloader

I have reported this issue on their own forum but no one have made any response yet so ill try my luck here.

Each time im opening a Blizzard download i get a BsoD after 2-5 mins, funny enough this has started after i formated my desktop a few days ago, so im blind on what could course this.
