If a new PC's not working properly take it back and insist that they fix it or give you a refund. Or have you perhaps tried to "upgrade" the computer and run into problems?

No didn't try to upgrade... I took it back and they replaced the parts but still problem is there.Even they don't know what to do. Is there anything you can help to fix Or give can you name of hardware or software which is causing this problem.

Remove Kaspersky and install free Microsoft Security Essentials. See if this helps the issue. The minidump files are corrupt and can't be read
