Hello there, first I wanted to say that it is so great to find a site with people who care and help people like me.
My problem is that i get this C++ runtime error when I try to install msn premium on my pc. My provider is verizon fios. I have windows xp, service pack 2, and use Mc Affee security and firewall.
I have included four attachments that were generated according to your protocols in regards to your "8 step removal instructions" thread by Julio.
Could someone please look over the attachments and give me some advice. My pc is still not running, and I am hopeing for some help that can fix it. Thank you Again
