Can I upgrade anything on my Acer Aspire #7551-3029 laptop?

I recently acquired an Acer Aspire #7551-3029 laptop. I don't know that much about laptops these days and I justed wanted to know if:

(1) is this a decent laptop or not?
(2) it is possible to upgrade anything on this laptop [besides the hard drive]?
(3) if so, what would you recommend?
(4) i am looking for a really fast system that I can use for gaming and net surfing

Here are my laptop Specifications:

• 4GB DDR3 SDRAM
• 640GB 5400Rpm Hard drive
• Iintegrated Super-Multi drive
• 5-in-1 card reader
• ATI Radeon HD 4250 Graphics
• 802.11b/g/N WLAN - Gigabit LAN
• Built In Acer Webcam
• Windows 7 Home Premium

* I already have a 2TB external hard drive.

Do you have $3,000 plus to spend on a laptop? I had a $3,500 Sony Vaio notebook with 8GB of system memory. It's Windows gaming experience number was 5.9

What is your Windows 7 Experience number dealing with graphics? My desktop graphics number is 6.9. That Acer might be 3 if you're lucky. Most likely its around 1.5. It is a decent laptop for anything besides gaming
