I have a Windows 10 laptop that will not (as of 1/10/19) connect to a shared drive on a Windows 7 desktop. It worked fine before yesterday. All the other laptops in the house can access the shared drive. I have tried everything that I know to do. Also, Windows takes forever to boot as if it is looking for something but can't find it. Can someone help please?

Can you SEE the drive when you attempt to use Map Network Drive?
What error is shown when you make the attempt to give it DLA?

Yes... I have 3 other laptops that connect to \MIKE-HP-DESKTOP.
The problematic laptop is running Windows 10 Home version 1803
The working laptops are at the same version.
The windows 7 desktop is Windows 7 Home Premium Service Pack 1

Do you happen to have any third party software running in the background of the Windows 10 Laptop? Antivirus / Firewall / Security programs? These could play a factor in connecting to a network drive.
