I have a Windows 10 laptop that will not (as of 1/10/19) connect to a shared drive on a Windows 7 desktop. It worked fine before yesterday. All the other laptops in the house can access the shared drive. I have tried everything that I know to do. Also, Windows takes forever to boot as if it is looking for something but can't find it. Can someone help please?
Cannot connect to shared drive on network. Internet works.

Can you SEE the drive when you attempt to use Map Network Drive?
What error is shown when you make the attempt to give it DLA?

When I click Diagnose it does not find any problems.

Turns out it was a Windows 7 update that caused the problem. I have no idea why it only affected one of my Windows 10 laptops. Once I rolled back my Windows 7 desktop, everything worked fine.
