Canon business printer app

I have a cannon imageClass MF229 d w printer and the wireless router says it's connected. My problem is I downloaded the app cannon business printer so I could print from my iPhone and tablet and when I first downloaded it it worked good but it has quit and now says it cannot find a printer. Why??? And how do I fix this problem

Wifi printer must be ready & also connected to your router
