I've got a Belkin card reader which doesn't want to work. I've downloaded Belkin's most recent driver for this reader, an F5U248. Puter recognizes the reader. When I put a loaded, unlocked SDHC card in, it lights as though it were downloading, but after that, nothing happens. Opening the reader shows an empty card. Any suggestions here? Doesn't work with XP reader driver either.

Yup, all USB ports are working (15 of them) properly. Device manager shows card and device is supposedly working properly. Reader LED blinks appropriately during OS load. Tried different cables, different ports. All results the same. It's there but it ain't. Hub it's now on is self-powered but PSU is 850 watts anyway, so that's not a problem. All other USB devices are just fine. ????
