When I open my XP PC, I always encounter "the Chkdsk utility." I tried to clean it up several times, but it still shows up. Later, I discovered that I have a host of viruses and malware like jaymyka, autoit, downloader.jki, VBworm, and so. I tried AVG but later AVG became corrupted and I cannot uninstall it.

Would anyone help me in this?

Do you mean when you first select safe mode? What you are probably just seeing is windows loading the drivers required to start, this is normal when starting safe mode.

That's the bad part. I don't have it, I'm sorry.

Now what to do now I could not boot into Safe Mode?

You could either skip that step and continue on the instructions, or use a keyfinder (eg jellybean keyfinder) to obtain your windows key from your installation. I only recommend doing this if it's a genuine copy of windows, as you will have difficulty activating it with microsoft otherwise.

Now, what I do after that? Remember I don't have a WinXP CD. What size of the CD-R I need for the WinXP?
