Computer crash, bluescreen bccode:f4

If anyone can please help
I tried to go on the guide and the link to f4 is broken...
I'm running a netbook and the only way it works is in safe mode (so a software problem)

Basically the computer crashed in the normal mode every 5 minutes after it loads..
