Computer crashing after installing new graphics card..HELP!!

Hi all,

My computer has been freezing randomly once I installed a new graphics card. It originally came with a built in 16mb prosavage card but I am now running a 64mb NVIDIA Geforce Ti 200. My system specs are this -

AMD Duron 1.2Ghz
256mb SD RAM
20gb HDD
Win XP Home
Motherboard is chaintech ct-7aiv5/7aiv5e


I really want to keep this graphics card as I hate running a 16mb card compared to a 64. Can someone please help me. Thanks

hi there ,
Firstly have you uninstalled the drivers for the pro savage card? . If this is yes then try uninstalling the drivers for your new card ,and reinstalling them .
Also check in bios to see if your agp is on or off and set this accordingly.
This may help the problem . please bear in mind this is my opinion . It is what i would be doing.
