Computer Playing computer sounds out of mic

I am using HyperX Cloud 2. It comes with its own sound card/USB dongle.

First Video:

If I turn the mic sensitivity up a lot if does this. Every time it echo's my PC sounds the echo with get louder and louder to where it hearts your ears.

Second Video:

If I turn the mic sensitivity all the way down it does this. It plays all sounds from my PC and adds an echo to it.

I have uninstalled every single sound driver and reinstalled them.
I have reset my whole PC.
I have disabled every Playback and Recording driver besides the headset.
I have turned off effects for every Playback device.
I uninstalled Realtek HD Audio Manager.

That echo is feedback. Turn down the volume on the speakers and the mic as well.
You might try using a headset with the mic as that would eliminate the mic picking up the speakers.

I was using the headset's mic. I even pulled out the mic and it started to make a different noise.

Pretty sure it is a feedback issue - where volume on playback is being injected into the microphone. I would contact the manufacturer if the manual does not offer a solution.
