Computer randomly restarts

Hi!
I had to replace the cooling fan for my CPU in my computer because one of the fan blade broke off. When I did, the computer keeps restarting when it trys to load windows. I try going into safe mode and "last good know configuration" but it does the same thing. I don't have a windows cd for it eaither.
I plugged the fan into the same spot.
It looks like its trying to give a blue screen but its restarting waaaay to fast...

Any suggestions?

Did you remove the entire CPU cooling heatsink assembly, or just the fan?

just the fan. the original heat sink is still on the CPU.
