Computer rRandomly Freezes - Going Slow

Hi, a few days ago my computer randomly started running SUPER slow. Folders, Google Chrome, Games, and anything else you can think of is super slow to the point where its frustrating.

Background Info:

-Specs:

• Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4820K CPU @ 3.70GHz
• NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770
• RAM: 16GB (4 X 4GB) Quad Channel DDR3 at 1600MHz
• HardDrive: 3TB 7200 RPM SATA 6Gb/s

-Things I have tried:

• Defragmenting the disk
• Scanning for viruses (0 Found - AVG Anti-Virus)
  
• Scanning for malware (Malwarebytes - Found issues - quarantined them)
• Error checking my drivers (Not using a program)
  
• Cleaning unwanted programs
• Checking for cpu-heavy processes (Nothing returned back an issue)
  

Also, Internet is not an issue, my most recent scan (as of about ~5 minutes ago) returned with 8ping and 92mb/s down - 11mb/s up.
Any help is greatly appreciated, and I am willing to teamviewer-skype if needed. Thanks!

Remove AVG temporarily and install MSE:
