Re; Computer Shut Down And Wont Start

yes it was the psu. i had bought a new psu and that one was dead too so
i took out the psu from my working computer and tested it on the dead one
sure enough it fired right up. so i took it back and bought an antec cool blue fan 480 watts and installed it and now every thing is working again!!
i do have one more question. after about 10 min of computer operation
the fan speed is already at 4500rpm. is this normal? i do have alot of crap
in the pc.
thanks
