Hi everyone, I need some help. The other day I accidentally installed Panda Antivirus to my laptop without completely uninstalling the Norton Antivirus program that came with the computer. Now my laptop boots up only to show the desktop background and nothing else. Safe mode does not work, and neither does the "last known configuration to work." So I need to know how else to go about deleting the old/reinstalling the new antivirus software and get back into my computer. Thank you all for your time.
