Computer will not turn on

Weird question here - Shut down the desktop normally yesterday. Tried to go and start it up again tonight - first there was no indication that it recognized the motherboard - the computer fired up but there was nothing coming up on the monitor while a yellow LED indicator light lit up on the front of the computer - it also beeps intermittently about 5 seconds on 5 seconds off repeatedly. Anyone have any idea what's going on here? Thanks.

Thanks, I went through and found it was a power supply issue.
