constant wireless connect/disconnect

I recently started experiencing this problem on 1 of my 3 laptops. If the wireless connection is enabled it simply connects, gets an IP address and then drops the connection, and then does it all over again and again and again....

I have changed the power settings already and this made no difference. I have run HijackThis and attached the log.

Will someone please look through this and let me know if you see anything malicious?

Thanks!
