Hi,
I was wondering if a CPU card for a PCI bus which has the capability of working with another CPU card (can't remember what that's called) can be used on a normal motherboard not a backplane. presumably it would have to be an active compatible card as well. Not sure about if it is powered by a 12 volt molex (and/or) if that makes a difference.
the idea was to take some of the processing away from the motherboard CPU. I read some where that they are capable of addressing separately to other cpus but I would have thought you would get major power issues and conflict.
Any ideas??
