u guys i have no idea if its bad but my temp for my cpu is always like 57-60C is that good? or its normal? and the fan is always running 2220rpm

What is your CPU?
If that is your IDLE temp, then yes you may have some overheating issues. Where are you getting your temps from? Sometimes the problem is simply temp reporting problems. I'd get a second opinion from another program, or go into your bios and check the temps there as well.
