I use HWMonitor and right now at idle my CPUTIN is 47c and my core #1 #2 #3 #4 are all at 33c. CPUTIN gets to 65c during BFBC2 gameplay, Core Temps go up to 50c. My question is, which reading do I actually have to worry about?

I think that CPUTIN is the temperature you should be concentrating on and not the individual core temperatures. 65C is pretty high even on load. What are your system specs?
