Ctrl+alt+del not responding

My problem is that Crl+alt+del doesn't respond at all. Anytime I press it, in any combination with any of the keys, whether the computer is frozen or not, it does not bring up task manager. I read a similar thread and know that I need to post an HJT log and there is a log attached. I guess I will let you read the log and thats how we will start, if you need more info, just let me know.

run a virus scan and spyware scan and report the results here.

from your HJT log it looks like you have the coolwebsearch virus/trojan.

follow the advice for removing CWS.

Thanks alot I ran ewido and it found 6,694 infected objects ... man what your family can do while you're away at college. Again thanks, feels great to be able to use that again.

kids and computers..... a bad combination.....

most know enough to be dangerous......

the others don't know anything at all.....
